“Nothing gives us greater pride than to see our team members grow and succeed.” Those were the words of Mindy Corporon as she announced the promotions of Laura Carley, Cory Bloodgood and Camille Coffman.
Corporon and co-founder Rich Boyer recognized that with significant firm growth comes additional responsibilities for the entire BCWM team. “Recognizing outstanding contributions to our efforts and putting great people in positions of increasing responsibility deepens our team at all levels,” said Boyer. “BCWM is an organization where tenure and experience have compounding benefits for our clients.”
Corporon added that promoting from within is an ongoing strategy that strengthens the business. “Great organizations only grow on the experiences of their founders for a little while,” said Corporon. “Then at some point our team members become the most critical connection between the firm and our clients. They make it happen and we’re thrilled to be able to promote Laura, Cory and Camille and expand their roles within the firm.”
