Courtney Galvan

Paraplanner

Courtney Galvan is the lead Paraplanner at BCWM, working with both the Portfolio Management and Wealth Advisor teams.

In assistance to the Portfolio Management team, she starts her day before the market opens, performing a vital function in reconciling custodial transactions and positions within our portfolio management system. She also helps with account maintenance, operational tasks, and report generation.

As a Paraplanner, Courtney plays a pivotal role supporting the Wealth Advisor team in the preparation for wealth management reviews. She assembles material for client meetings, which includes liaising with clients to access up-to-date financial information and working closely with the firm’s Wealth Advisors and Client Service Specialists.

Courtney is also a member of BCWM’s Marketing Team. Here, she applies her creativity to the designing of branded content and maintaining the firm’s website and social platforms.

Courtney earned a B.S. in Marketing at Northwest Missouri State University, and before joining BCWM she worked as Marketing Coordinator at True Fitness in St. Louis.
