“Nothing gives us greater pride than to see our team members grow and succeed.” Those were the words of Boyer & Corporon Wealth Management Chief Executive Officer Mindy Corporon as she announced the promotions of three team members earlier this month.

Corporon and co-founder Rich Boyer recognized that significant firm growth was putting demands on leadership and the team. With new hires on the horizon, it was important to recognize the performance of existing team members while putting them in key positions of leadership and increasing responsibility.

“We are an organization where tenure and experience have compounding benefits for our clients,” said Boyer. “Recognizing outstanding contributions to our efforts and putting great people in positions of increasing responsibility deepens our team at all levels.”

Corporon added that promoting from within is an ongoing strategy that strengthens the business. “Great organizations only grow on the experiences of their founders for a little while,” said Corporon. “Then at some point our team members become the most critical connection between the firm and our clients. They make it happen and we’re thrilled to be able to promote these individuals and expand their roles within the firm.”
